Repositioning strategy to re-launch the infamous haute couture brand Christian Lacroix from the eighties in today's market. From the observation that gen Z wants to move fast with today's content culture while at the same time having the desire to be ethically conscious as a digital native I came up with reviving the brand as the first complete virtual fashion designer on the Asian market.

During this project I took the leading part in the brand concept, interactive design, research and launch strategy.
